Whilst Riverside Gardens Aust Pty Ltd makes every attempt to present correct & accurate information in relation to product information & price, we reserve the right to correct any incorrect data displayed.  In the event of an error correction resultant from your order placement, Riverside Gardens Aust Pty Ltd shall contact you prior to your order processing to verify all details and inform you of error corrections.  You are under no obligation to proceed with any order if correction is required.

No goods will be shipped until payment in full has been cleared in our bank account.
This applies to all payment methods.
Delivery Time
Orders are despatched the next working day (after clear funds received) by Australia Post -Registered Post.
Depending on your location it can take up to 3 days but Riverside Gardens has found this to be a reliable traceable method. 
Goods Arriving Damaged
If product arrives in poor or damaged condition we suggest that you either refuse delivery – take digital photos (if able) and note with the courier and notify Riverside Gardens (03)58 231 515
Claims must be lodge within 24hours of receiving goods by telephone or email: accounts@riversidegardens.com

Riverside Gardens (Aust) Pty Ltd eStore takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and/or damaged goods while in transit with Australia Post.
Returns of product are only allowed on the basis of manufacture defect or unserviceabilty.
For Any product received unserviceable a email must be sent to: accounts@riversidegardens.com to lodge acknowledgement of the part rendered unserviceable immediately. A return email will state where the unit must be sent for repair or replacement.The cost of forwarding goods is the responsibilty of the customer. We advise that you use a company that will provide you insurance for the goods and also give you tracing information for your parcel.
